SEWA Cooperative Federation works through long-term relationships built around shared purpose, learning, and commitment to women’s collective enterprises. There are different ways to engage with this work, depending on your interests, experience, and the role you would like to play.
Some people engage as learners or leaders within cooperatives. Others collaborate through research, policy work, or institutional partnerships. Some support the strengthening of women’s cooperatives over time. Others join our teams to contribute from within.
Each pathway below reflects a different way of being involved—grounded in respect for cooperative-led processes and shaped by ongoing engagement rather than short-term intervention.
